Summary

umivale Activa is procuring 18 months of integrated advice and consultancy to support compliance with EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation 2024/1689 and related data-protection requirements. The single, undivided contract covers AI risk management and governance, system inventories and impact assessments (including fundamental-rights impact assessments where applicable), staff training, incident and authority-response procedures, review of procurement documents, and ongoing verification and monitoring. The maximum budget is €42,600 excluding VAT (€51,546 including VAT); there are no lots or extensions.
