Packing and transport of artworks for the exhibition “Forest of Giants. Nohemí Pérez”

Summary

The Madrid regional government is procuring packing, unpacking and specialist transport services for 16 large textile artworks in Nohemí Pérez’s “Forest of Giants” exhibition at the Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo museum in Móstoles. The works, each approximately 5 by 3.3 metres, will be transported from Bogotá to the museum and returned after the exhibition, with four consolidated crates, storage of empty packaging, customs arrangements and related handling and security services. The exhibition runs from 30 January to 13 June 2027; the contract covers the logistics from December 2026 through July 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
