The Consorci de Benestar Social Gironès-Salt is procuring a one-year socio-educational support service in Salt for young people aged 12–25, with priority given to at-risk 16–18-year-olds. The service will identify young people and their needs in public spaces, provide individual and group support and referrals, run group and community-based risk-prevention activities, coordinate with local services, and produce reports.
