Preliminary design and optional services for refurbishing the sociocultural premises at Plaça Pastrana 19

Foment de Ciutat is procuring a preliminary design, including visualisations, for refurbishing a sociocultural premises at Plaça Pastrana 19 in Barcelona’s Horta-Guinardó district, for use as a complementary facility for the Carmel neighbourhood centre. The proposed layout includes energy-advice and intercultural-service points, activity and meeting rooms, a coworking area for six people, reception and staff spaces, storage, and accessible toilets; the multipurpose room is intended for 30 people and the workshop room for 15. The initial preliminary design is due within three weeks. Possible later options include the basic and detailed design and related environmental, safety, activity and energy documents; support with tender evaluation; works and installations supervision and final accounting; and furniture and signage design and supervision. The procurement is not divided into lots.
