Organization of the Christmas Opening Event at Parque Urbano del Sur

Summary

San Bartolomé de Tirajana is procuring the integrated organization and delivery of the Christmas opening event at Parque Urbano del Sur, planned for 6 December 2026 from 17:00 to 23:00. The single, non-lotted service includes Christmas decorations, children’s activities and performances, a stage and audiovisual equipment, a media campaign, transport on four routes, 12 wooden market stalls, safety and first-aid services, and cleaning. The stalls and outdoor background-music system are expected to remain in place for about six weeks, at least until 6 January 2027. The maximum budget is €64,146.50 including 7% Canary Islands indirect tax.
