The Siero Municipal Culture Foundation is procuring printed books and other bibliographic materials for its library network. Supplies will be ordered as needed and will include new publications for adults and children across genres, as well as other titles published in Spain or abroad. The initial annual budget is €46,000 including VAT; the contract covers 2027 and may be extended annually for up to three additional years.
