Framework agreement for an intelligent AI-enabled video surveillance system in Zaragoza

Summary

The City of Zaragoza is establishing a four-year framework agreement for the design, supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of intelligent public-space video surveillance systems with AI video analytics, together with related civil works, power, communications and control-centre integration. The planned scale is up to 150 locations: 90 on the municipal network, 40 using public networks and 20 connected to cloud services. The estimated tender budget is €2,937,400 excluding VAT; the estimated contract value, including provision for modifications and civil-works contingency, is €3,664,880 excluding VAT. Hardware support is included for four years; core-network operation, central-system maintenance and VMS licences are outside this agreement.
