Integration, Configuration and Technical Maintenance of a Delivery Route Optimisation Tool

Summary

Correos Express is procuring a single, integrated service to implement, configure, operate and support a cloud platform for optimising delivery routes and last-mile transport; the contract is not divided into lots. The platform includes route planning and simulation, a real-time control tower, delivery-point network optimisation, fraud and anomaly detection, AI-based functionality, supplier and driver apps, dashboards and reports. The scope also covers technical maintenance, user training and up to 3,000 hours of on-demand development and configuration work. The maximum contract term is 54 months, with a base budget of €800,000 excluding VAT (€968,000 including VAT).
