Supply and installation of a cryogenic probe station for the Barcelona Institute of Microelectronics

The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) is procuring one integrated cryogenic probe station for its Barcelona Institute of Microelectronics, for electrical and optical characterisation of devices at cryogenic temperatures. The supply includes the station and accessories, control and analysis system, manuals, installation and commissioning, and on-site training. The contract is not divided into lots; the delivery period is eight months and the budget is €493,000 excluding VAT.
