Maintenance and support for the workplace virtualisation system at the Murcian Health Service

Summary

The Murcian Health Service is procuring three years of maintenance and support for its workplace virtualisation system, including renewal of the Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud subscription for 3,250 concurrent users from 13 December 2026 to 12 December 2029. The contract also covers advanced support for the Citrix platform and maintenance and advice for application and desktop virtualisation platforms using other technologies. The subscription includes manufacturer support and NetScaler licensing, with aggregate throughput of up to 1,000 Gbps and up to 999 instances.
