Perpetual Biobank Management Software Licence, Implementation, Data Migration and Maintenance

Summary

The Fundación de Investigación Biomédica de Salamanca (FIBSAL) is procuring a perpetual licence for a biobank management system for the four biobanks in the IBSAL Biobank Platform, including its six-node oncology biobank. The contract covers installation and implementation, migration of approximately 900,000 samples and associated records from Bio-e-Bank, integration with aliquoting robots, spectrophotometers and labelling equipment, user training, and support and maintenance through 31 December 2027. The licence, implementation, migration and support form one contract; it is not divided into lots.
