Rental of tables and chairs for events

Summary

Gespa is seeking one or more suppliers to rent tables and chairs for events held by the Municipality of Paterna, with or without transport, assembly and dismantling. Lot 1 covers furniture rental, including estimated annual quantities of 8,200 chairs and 890 tables for the first day of hire, with additional charges for extended hire and requested transport. Lot 2 covers rental with transport, assembly and dismantling, based on an estimated 8,200 places per year. The annual base budget is €33,528 excluding VAT, and the contract may run for up to four years.
