Implementation, maintenance and updating of Alcorcón’s transparency portal and citizen-participation platform

Summary

The Municipality of Alcorcón is procuring the implementation, hosting, operation, maintenance and updating of an open-source transparency and open-government portal and a separate citizen-participation and participatory-budgeting platform. The integrated solution will include economic and budget, accountability, and public-works, infrastructure and heritage dashboards; initial data migration, periodic updates, training, support and transfer arrangements are also included. The contract is not divided into lots and covers an initial two-year period, with a possible one-year extension.
