Joinery, furniture and electrical equipment for the Rafael Canogar artist residency space

Summary

Madrid Destino is procuring the supply and installation of joinery, furniture and electrical equipment to adapt the 160 m² Rafael Canogar space on the fifth floor of CentroCentro for artist residencies. The works include removing an existing partition and recycling the resulting waste, installing 157.5 m² of protective flooring, building new partitions and a storage area, and fitting mobile work furniture, kitchen and meeting-area furniture, LED lighting and related equipment. Delivery and installation are scheduled between 11 January and 20 February 2027.
