The Gandía Health Department is procuring an external archiving service to collect, inventory, pack, transport, manage and safeguard confidential medical records and informed-consent documents. The service covers up to 334,500 medical records and 1,260 AZ binders across the department’s hospital and primary-care collections, including the initial inventory and collection of approximately 22,500 records from Gandía-Corea Health Centre. It also includes document searches and delivery to the hospital, estimated at about 50 requests per year.
