Integrated custody and lending service for the APDCAT permanent archive

Summary

The Autoritat Catalana de Protecció de Dades (APDCAT) is procuring a single, integrated service for the custody, preservation, management, inventory control, lending, consultation, transport, return, transfer, appraisal and secure destruction of its physical permanent archive. The estimated holdings are 1,826 C1 boxes and 64 C4 boxes; the service also covers new documents and, if the provider changes, the initial transfer of the archive. The contract runs for two years, with up to two one-year extensions.
