Service to drive the Community Development Table in El Coll and Vallcarca-Els Penitents

Summary

The Gràcia District of Barcelona is procuring a community-development service to strengthen participation, cooperation and social cohesion in El Coll and central Vallcarca, including Els Penitents. The work includes coordinating neighbourhood organisations and services, supporting community and health initiatives, maintaining the community assets map, following up on digital-inclusion support, and taking part in local events. The service is planned for 25 hours per week for 12 months from 1 January 2027, with an option to extend it by up to 12 months; it is not divided into lots.
