Restoration of Altarpieces in the Province of Valladolid, 2026

Summary

The Provincial Council of Valladolid is procuring the restoration of four church altarpieces: the main altarpiece of San Cristóbal in Mélida (Peñafiel); the side altarpieces of Santo Tomás in Quintanilla del Molar; the San Roque altarpiece in San Vicente Mártir, Valdenebro de los Valles; and the side altarpiece of the Virgin in El Salvador, Fontihoyuelo. The work includes conservation and restoration treatments, project and intervention documentation, and final technical reports. The total budget is €118,062.46 including VAT; the maximum duration is three months for Lot 1 and four months for Lots 2–4.
