Online payment gateway for collecting public revenues in Menorca

Servei d’Informàtica Local de Menorca, S.A. (SILME) is procuring a jointly operated online payment gateway for collecting taxes and other public revenues on behalf of the Menorca Island Council, eight local authorities and, where applicable, their wholly publicly owned dependent organisations. The gateway must integrate with the authorities’ revenue-management systems and electronic citizen portals and support payments in Quadern 60 format.
