External audits of IDAE’s conflict-of-interest mitigation plan for investee companies

Summary

IDAE is procuring external audit services to examine competitive grant calls it manages in which companies in which IDAE holds an interest participate and applications exceed the available budget. The audits will assess compliance with beneficiary-selection procedures and the transparent, objective application of evaluation criteria, including by sampling applications and comparing their evaluation records. The contract covers an estimated 5 to 10 audits, one per affected grant line, over 24 months; it is not divided into lots.
