The Diputación del Común is procuring an auxiliary entrance and access-control service for its headquarters at O'Daly 28 in Santa Cruz de La Palma. Duties include receiving and guiding visitors, checking and recording access, coordinating visitor arrivals, handling routine keys and communicating incidents; private security functions and administrative case processing are excluded. The service is delivered at one site, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, or from 08:00 to 14:00 during summer hours. The initial term is two years, with up to two additional one-year extensions; the contract is not divided into lots.
