Dynamic purchasing system for the execution of works

Summary

The Municipality of La Orotava is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for municipal works, divided into seven categories: demolition and site preparation (€250,000); general building and civil engineering works (€1,000,000); pipes, electricity lines, water and sewer networks, telecommunications and other utilities (€500,000); roads, resurfacing, paving, repairs and signage (€1,500,000); roofing, cladding, insulation, retaining walls and other specialist construction (€250,000); installation, electrical and plumbing works (€250,000); and building finishes, carpentry, doors, windows, tiling, woodwork, painting and façades (€250,000). Amounts include IGIC. The system is planned for two years, with annual extensions possible for up to two further years; specific works contracts will be tendered under the system.
