Supply of a direct laser writing lithography system
Summary
The Universitat Politècnica de València is procuring one direct laser writing (DLW) lithography system for the NTC-UPV nanophotonics facility. The contract includes supply, installation, commissioning, validation and associated training; the system will support micro- and nanofabrication, including grayscale lithography for three-dimensional structures. The components form one integrated system, so the procurement is not divided into lots. The tender budget is €562,650 including VAT.
