PAN 3 – Discretionary road transport for personnel

Summary

The Spanish Navy’s San Fernando vehicle unit is procuring on-demand road transport for personnel and their luggage when its own fleet cannot meet demand. The service covers one-way and return transfers, multi-stop journeys and additional special or VIP transport across Spain; the procurement is not divided into lots. The contract runs until 31 December 2026 or until its budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, with a maximum budget of €50,000 including VAT.
