Senior Talent Training Workshops: Updating Skills for Intergenerational Mentoring

Summary

The Community of Madrid is procuring an integrated technical assistance service to design, organise, manage, coordinate, deliver, produce and evaluate a programme for senior talent and intergenerational mentoring. The programme comprises 10 workshops and one concluding event: topics include digital skills, professional reskilling, health and wellbeing, technology-enabled job search, training for senior learners, and five intergenerational mentoring workshops. The scope also includes venues and event logistics, participant registration, communications, audiovisual and photographic materials, catering, learning materials and final evaluation.
