Childcare services to support families’ work–life balance

Summary

The Municipality of Mollet del Vallès is procuring the integrated organisation and delivery of free, universally accessible childcare services for children aged 3–12 to help families balance work, family and personal responsibilities. The contract covers three service types, without division into lots: regular group care at a municipal facility (up to 20 children), regular group care at the municipal market (up to 10 children), and occasional care linked to municipal activities (up to 20 children and a maximum of 165 service hours per year). It also includes activities and materials, staff coordination, service monitoring and evaluation, and a digital registration and booking platform. The initial contract term is one year, with one possible one-year extension.
