Orchestra booking and live music for older people’s dance sessions at Lo Casino

Summary

The Municipality of Alcarràs is procuring an artistic agency service to select, book, coordinate and provide live musical performances for afternoon social-dance sessions for older people at the Lo Casino Municipal Cultural Centre. The initial 2026–2027 season provides for up to 20 ordinary sessions—16 with duos and 4 with trios—and up to 4 optional extraordinary duo sessions, called off only when required by the municipality. The service may be extended for up to four further seasons, with approximately 20 ordinary sessions per full season; the contract is not divided into lots.
