Works supervision and health and safety coordination for Phase II 2026 paving works

Summary

The Municipality of San Fernando de Henares is procuring a single, integrated service for supervising and coordinating health and safety during the Phase II 2026 road-paving and urban-street improvement works. The works cover approximately 59,765 m² of carriageway in the town centre, 25,520 m² on Avenida Puerta de Madrid in the industrial estate and 8,945 m² of pavements, as well as improvements to lighting and signage at selected roundabouts. The service includes technical and quality oversight, measurement and cost control, safety coordination, monitoring of traffic and access impacts, reporting, and assistance with inspection and handover; the works are planned to last five months.
