Refurbishment of the municipal sports hall air-conditioning system

Summary

Boquiñeni Town Council is procuring works to upgrade the air-conditioning system at the municipal sports hall on Calle Conde Aranda 48. The works add two independent VRF systems, with outdoor and ducted indoor units, insulated air ducts, air outlets and return grilles, refrigerant piping, electrical adaptations, commissioning and system legalisation. The new equipment will complement the existing installation, which will remain unchanged; no separate ventilation system is included. The works are not divided into lots, have an estimated duration of four weeks and a total budget of €75,686.90 including VAT.
