Redevelopment of the northern section of Calle Albareda in Canfranc Pueblo

Summary

The Canfranc Town Council is procuring works to renew a 91-metre section of the northern end of Calle Albareda in the historic centre of Canfranc Pueblo. The single-lot project includes removing deteriorated paving, preparing and compacting a 30 cm granular base, installing concrete paving and Gris Mondariz granite slabs, resurfacing the carriageway with hot-mix asphalt, renewing drainage features, adjusting existing service covers and adding road markings. The works are scheduled for eight weeks; the estimated contract value is €52,901.96 excluding VAT (€64,011.37 including VAT).
