Flood-risk study for northern Macastre and technical assistance

Summary

The Municipality of Macastre is procuring a flood-risk study for an area of approximately 67 hectares in the northern part of the urban area, including the Cuatro Caminos residential and sports-use sector and the municipal football ground. The study will assess current and planned conditions, incorporate evidence from the October 2024 floods, map flood hazards and risks, and propose measures and planning provisions. The contract also includes technical assistance during administrative processing; there are no lots, and the main study is to be completed within six months of contract signing.
