Investigation, design and construction supervision for restoration of the traditional house in Jarque de Moncayo

Summary

Spain’s Ministry of Culture, through the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain, is procuring research, design and related professional services for the consolidation and restoration of a traditional house in Jarque de Moncayo, Zaragoza. The services cover research, the basic and detailed execution design, the health and safety study and coordination, and site and works-execution direction. The single contract has no lots, lasts 11 months and has a budget of €80,460 excluding VAT (€97,356.60 including VAT); the restored house is intended to serve as a visitor centre and an interpretation centre for local traditional architecture.
