Summary

COGERSA is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of roofs, flat terraces, gutters and metal facades at its waste treatment centre, transfer stations and recycling centres in Asturias, together with the materials and replacement parts needed for the work. Preventive maintenance is estimated at 5,000 linear metres of gutters and 2,000 m² of flat terraces; corrective repairs are ordered as needed. The contract is not divided into lots, has an initial term of two years with a possible one-year extension, and an estimated value of EUR 229,960.95 excluding VAT.
