Technical assistance for the Macastre 2030 Urban Agenda and Reconstruction Agenda

Summary

The Municipality of Macastre is procuring technical assistance to prepare, design, implement, monitor and evaluate the Macastre 2030 Urban Agenda and its Reconstruction Agenda, addressing climate change and other risks, including those arising from the 2024 DANA storm. The work covers a municipal diagnosis and strategic framework, an action plan through 2030, communication and citizen participation, and a monitoring and evaluation system.
