Malecón Green Infrastructure and Public Space Improvements

Summary

The Provincial Council of Ourense is procuring a single, indivisible works contract in O Barco de Valdeorras to improve the Malecón’s urban green infrastructure. The works cover environmental improvements to the botanical garden, renewal of promenade paving, improved permeability and rainwater drainage, and expansion of the municipal swimming pools’ green area. They also include replacing worn benches and bins with durable products made from recycled polymers. The contract has a five-month duration and a budget of €350,000 including VAT.
