Rehabilitation of the Santibáñez village council building in Villacarriedo

Summary

The Government of Cantabria is procuring the rehabilitation of the approximately 55 m² Santibáñez village council building in Villacarriedo for use as a community meeting and activity space. The single-lot works include replacing the roof, improving the building envelope and addressing damp through a new floor slab and perimeter drainage, restoring a toilet, installing a storage cupboard and building a buried septic tank; the facades, openings and joinery will be retained. The works are scheduled to take six months.
