Technical assistance for energy management at the Polytechnic University of Valencia

Summary

The Universitat Politècnica de València is procuring a single-lot technical assistance service to monitor and improve energy use across its Vera, Gandia and Alcoi campuses. The service covers around 100 buildings and 550,000 m², including supervision and maintenance of energy-management systems, analysis and reporting of electricity and water consumption, and integration of building controls. The initial term is two years, with up to two one-year extensions.
