Supply of a demountable marquee for public festivals and events

Summary

The Municipality of Ubrique is procuring one temporary, relocatable modular aluminium marquee for public festivals and events, to be installed at the Ubrique fairground. The 40 × 20 m tent will provide 800 m² of covered space and includes prefabricated or demountable toilet and dressing-room modules (50 m² each), a 48 m² stage, a 60 m² kitchen and a bar at least 20 linear metres long. Supply includes transport, assembly, installation and commissioning; the estimated contract value is €214,876.03 excluding VAT (€260,000 including VAT), with delivery and execution within two months of contract signature. The contract is not divided into lots.
