Demolition of the former Sanchis tile factory and site preparation in l’Alcora

Summary

The Town Council of l’Alcora is procuring works to demolish and clear the former Sanchis tile factory site at 1 Cervantes Street and prepare it for public use. The works include removing the fibre-cement roof, demolishing the factory sheds and former office building, cleaning the site, preserving and consolidating the original entrance and chimney, repairing paving and structures to remain, installing perimeter fencing and adapting the area near the entrance for parking. The works are to be completed within four months; the contract is not divided into lots and has a budget of €1,090,108.21 including VAT.
