Fire-fighting water supply system at the assisted living residence – Phase 1, units 14 and 10–12

The Almería Provincial Council is procuring works to install an independent fire-fighting water supply system at its assisted living residence for older people, serving units 14 and 10–12. The works include connecting to the existing water supply, laying pipes, constructing a technical room, installing and connecting water tanks and a pressure unit, and commissioning the pipe network for the fire hose reels. The works are to be completed within 90 days; the estimated contract value is €67,298.88 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €81,431.64 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
