The Aldea del Fresno Town Council is granting a single, integrated concession to operate its municipal kiosk-bar and swimming pool at Calle Río Perales 12; the contract is not divided into lots. The service covers bar operations and cleaning, pool access and ticket sales, daily water treatment and monitoring, and cleaning of the pool, changing rooms and surrounding areas.
