Design, refurbishment and technical supervision for a blood and plasma donation centre in Sabadell

Summary

The Blood and Tissue Bank of Catalonia (BST) is procuring the design and refurbishment of a premises in Sabadell’s Central Market for a new blood and plasma donation centre, together with technical supervision and health-and-safety coordination. Lot 1 covers the executive design, construction and commissioning of the centre, including building works, installations, fit-out, equipment and required permits. Lot 2 covers construction supervision, execution supervision, health-and-safety coordination and installation legalisation. The total budget is €505,000 including VAT; Lot 1 is to be completed within five months of the project start, while Lot 2 runs alongside it until the works are accepted and final documentation is delivered.
