Interior and exterior improvement works at the Tennis Despí municipal facility

Summary

Sant Joan Despí Town Council is procuring improvement works at the Tennis Despí municipal sports facility in two lots, to upgrade its interior spaces and rehabilitate the building’s facade. Lot 1 covers interior alterations and finishes, adaptations to building services, lighting, sanitary fittings and furnishings; Lot 2 covers repairs to the timber-faced phenolic facade panels and renewal of their protective finish. The estimated budgets are €64,443.53 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €111,990.90 excluding VAT for Lot 2; the works are to be carried out concurrently within six weeks.
