Preparation of the master preliminary design and construction designs for the redevelopment of Majadahonda commuter station and car park building

Summary

ADIF is procuring consultancy and design services for a master preliminary design and two construction designs: one for the redevelopment of Majadahonda commuter station and its urban surroundings, and one for the station’s car park building. The 33-month contract has two stages: 21 months for studies and designs, followed by up to 12 months of project support and clarification work. The scope covers mobility, accessibility, platforms, transport interchange, public spaces, surface parking and the car park building; the estimated value is €1,063,750 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
