Municipal waste collection and transport, containers, mobile recycling centres and digital service platform

Summary

La Palma del Condado City Council is procuring a ten-year, single-lot service covering the separate collection and transport of municipal waste across the municipality, together with the supply and installation of replacement containers, the supply and management of two nearby mobile recycling centres, and a digital platform for service monitoring and control. The service covers the municipality’s 61 km² and 10,858 residents (2025), including the urban area, two industrial estates, the municipal picnic area and Monteblanco speed circuit. Glass collection and transport are excluded unless specifically requested by the Council.
