Rental, installation, maintenance and dismantling of Christmas lighting in La Carlota, 2026/2027 (Zone 2)

Summary

La Carlota City Council is procuring the rental, installation, maintenance and dismantling of special Christmas lighting for the 2026/2027 season in Zone 2, under one undivided contract. The minimum scope includes 45 LED arches, each made up of three pieces and at least 6 metres wide, artistic lighting for the Town Hall façade, and a 3D light-and-sound feature at least 5 metres high, across La Carlota and its outlying villages. The lighting must be operational from 3 December 2026 to 7 January 2027, with dismantling completed before 29 January 2027; the budget ceiling is €16,500 including VAT.
