Legionella prevention and control plan and treatment services at municipal facilities

Summary

Aljaraque Municipality is procuring a legionella prevention and control plan and related treatment services for municipal facilities under two lots. Lot 1 covers irrigation systems in Aljaraque, Corrales, Bellavista, La Dehesa and La Monacilla; Lot 2 covers hot- and cold-water systems, fountains and vehicles, including irrigation systems at the Aljaraque football ground and Corrales sports pavilion. Services include preparing the plan within 30 days of contract formalisation, technical supervision, risk assessments, periodic sampling and analysis, cleaning and disinfection, and maintaining facility records. Each lot runs for one year, with an option to extend for one further year.
