Cafeteria service concession at the UNED Associated Centre in Pontevedra

The UNED Associated Centre in Pontevedra is seeking a concessionaire to operate its single, ground-floor cafeteria, comprising an 87.80 m² dining area, a 13.10 m² kitchen and an 8.40 m² pantry. The service will provide hot and cold drinks, breakfasts and pastries, sandwiches and snacks, combined meals and a daily menu for students, staff and visitors; the concessionaire will supply the necessary furniture and equipment. The initial term is two years, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum total of five years. The contract is not divided into lots.
