Municipal home telecare service

Summary

The Blanca Town Council is procuring a single, integrated home telecare service for an estimated 75 users: 60 Type A, 10 Type B and 5 Type C. The service will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and includes personalised assessments and follow-up, home terminals and remote-control devices, a staffed response centre and backup centre, emergency assistance, and equipment installation, maintenance and repair. The initial term is three years from 1 January 2027, with one possible annual extension, for a maximum of four years.
