Energy efficiency improvements and damp remediation at the Salamanca Economy and Finance Delegation headquarters

Summary

The Special Delegation of Economy and Finance in Castile and León is procuring renovation works at its Salamanca headquarters to improve energy efficiency, indoor thermal comfort and resolve damp problems. The works cover the 4,300 m² building and include replacing exterior joinery, renewing the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, upgrading electrical installations and lighting, installing drainage and new finishes, adapting a public toilet, and painting and cleaning. The building will remain in use during the works, which are scheduled to take eight months. The contract is not divided into lots.
